Sinjo Tech onside service policy

Term and Policy

1)      SinjoTech have the right to charge for extra transportation fee if the information provided by the customer is insufficient which causes our company’s technicians being forced to travel back for taking the needed spare parts. We have the right to charge for extra transportation fee.

2)      Preparation of regarding hardware/password by customer is compulsory before appointment time. Otherwise, additional fees ( RM5 / 15 minutes) will be charge.

3)      Technical trip charge is free if the hardware bought from our company.

4)      Remote access will be charge on RM 15 / solved.

5)      Remote access charger will be void if onside services apply.
